Sarah Ables is a proud member of the Fightin’ Texas Aggie Class of 2007! WHOOP! Her husband, Colt, has been married to her for 4 years and they have 1 son, Westley, who is 2 years old.

Frios Gourmet Pops is a gourmet popsicle business. They have fresh fruit pops as well as ice cream pops. They are “gourmet” because of the ingredients we use. All of their pops are made with the freshest ingredients, no extra additives. They have many unique flavors to choose from on both sides, like Blackberry Ginger Lemonade or Fruity Pebbles. They have dairy-free, gluten-free, vegan, no sugar added and fully loaded options available!

As far as services go, they are a 100% mobile business. They use a trailer and smaller freezer cart to do any and all types of events. Schools, neighborhoods, business events, customer appreciation, weddings, etc. You name it, they can get some pops for it!

While we were originally started as an Texas Aggie group, our group is open to all who embrace the spirit of unity, loyalty, and willingness to serve when called to do so.

How Do You Get Started?

It is a simple process, just show up at The Abundant Harvest Kitchen at 7:00 am or request a zoom invite.  You can participate and enjoy the group each week.  First timers have free entry including beverages, and can pay $10 to have breakfast. All meetings after that will be $5 entry fee including beverages or $15 entry fee including breakfast. Come prepared to network and present yourself (or business) to the group in our 30-second round-the-room introductions.
